This position provides an opportunity for an entry level employee to learn the various responsibilities, tasks and duties within the Maintenance Department in preparation toward a career in mechatronics, machine maintenance and repair, electrical, or similar occupation. The objective of this role is to learn to properly maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in high-speed factory production by completing preventive maintenance requirements, dismantling devices, examining parts, adjusting controls, and fabricating repair parts. The employee may also work with assigned individuals from the stockroom, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) administration, engineering, planning, and maintenance sections of the department to learn the full scope of these functions.

The Product Release Specialist I is a Quality Assurance position responsible for the disposition of bulk and finished products through detailed documentation review of batch records, analytical reports, and investigations, as applicable. This position is also responsible for assisting with the oversight and compliance of the stability program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, completing routine and moderately complex data analysis, and reporting in support of compliance activities related to change controls, supplier quality, auditing, annual product reviews, stability, investigations, and CAPA. 

The Manager, Regulatory Affairs will report to the AVP, Regulatory Affairs and, under the direction and guidance of the AVP, ensure regulatory compliance of Prestige products throughout the product development cycle and monitor regulatory developments potentially affecting the business. Product categories include OTC Medical Devices, OTC Drugs, Cosmetics, Dietary Supplements and EPA-registered products.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Senior Formulation Scientist with experience in developing OTC and cosmetic skin care and hair care products such as liquids, washes, lotions, creams and gels (not looking for experience with tablet or injectables).  Role will responsible for execution of product development activities for drug products (over the counter or OTC) and cosmetics (personal care) products under minimal supervision including (1) conducting pre-formulation, formulation, and assist in scale-up of new or improved products as required (2) assisting in the cGMP manufacturing, labeling, release and distribution of clinical trial supplies (3) organizing data in preparation of formulation development and other reports in support of product launches and (4) maintain cGMP compliance in laboratory activities.
