In accordance with the CPSIA, we are required to disclose certain testing data for the products listed below in connection with the Child-Resistant Packaging requirements of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970. The testing data for the products listed below, which relate to the design of the packaging, is set forth below. Prestige Brands’ products do not rely on place and date packaged for traceability. All of the products set forth below utilize lot control and all lots of such products listed in this Certificate of Compliance meet the Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970 requirements based on referenced testing.
