Matthew Mannelly was named President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors on September 3, 2009. Mr. Mannelly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in consumer products, packaged goods, sports and fitness, and apparel. Prior to joining Prestige Brands, he was with Cannondale Bicycle Corporation for five years where he was CEO. His background also includes marketing, management, and retail development for well-known brand names such as Nike®, Gatorade®, Quaker Oats® and the U.S. Olympic Committee.More
Ron Lombardi was named Chief Financial Officer in December, 2010. He brings extensive financial management experience to the position, with expertise in acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity structuring, and building financial infrastructure. Most recently, he served as CFO for Waterbury International Holdings, a private equity-owned firm. Prior to that, he was with the Cannondale Sports Group/Dorel Recreation and Leisure, a consumer sporting equipment and apparel company, in positions of increasing financial responsibility, beginning as CFO and then as Chief Operating Officer. Also included in his background are leadership positions in finance at Gerber Scientific and Emerson Electric, two large publicly traded companies.More
Timothy J. Connors was appointed to the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. in April 2010 to lead the company’s marketing and product development initiatives. In 2011, he was named Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Connors joined the Company from Matrixx Initiatives, a Phoenix-based consumer products marketer of OTC products, where he served as Vice President, Marketing and prior to that, as Director, Sales and Marketing. His background includes both marketing and sales experience for larger consumer products companies such as Nestle, Clorox and Benckiser, as well as key leadership positions for smaller organizations such as The Emerson Group and Matrixx. Tim is a graduate of Penn State University.
Samuel C. Cowley joined Prestige as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development in March 2012. Mr. Cowley joins us from Matrixx Initiatives in Scottsdale, Arizona where he was EVP Business Development, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and a Director of the Company. Prior to that, he was with Swift Transportation Co., Inc. in Phoenix where he was EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and a Director, responsible for managing the legal and claims departments for a $3 billion public company with 24,000 employees. His background also includes over sixteen years with Snell & Wilmer, also of Phoenix, where he worked on dozens of financings and acquisitions for both public and private businesses. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Cornell Law School.
John F. Parkinson joined Prestige in May 2005 as Senior Vice President, International. He is responsible for the development of Prestige Brands International’s business outside the USA and Canada. Mr. Parkinson has extensive International experience including over 20 years in various overseas postings for fmcg companies primarily involved in new Business Development. Most recently Mr. Parkinson was Business Director, Asia Pacific for Conagra Foods Inc., Retail Division. Mr. Parkinson obtained his B.A. in Economics from Leeds University, U.K.
Jean A. Boyko, Ph.D. joined the Company in August 2006 as Senior Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs. She is responsible for managing Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions. Dr. Boyko is a seasoned executive with extensive experience with both prescription and over-the-counter drug products. Prior to joining Prestige Brands, Inc., she was Executive Director, Manufacturing Quality at Purdue Pharma, and Vice President, Quality Services for Block Drug Company and its prescription drug division, Reed and Carnrick. She received her BA, MS, and PhD from Rutgers University.
Paul Hennessey was appointed Vice President, Operations in March 2011. He joins the Company following 18 years with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (formerly Wyeth) in positions of increasing responsibility. Paul is a supply chain professional with broad experience in all phases of the manufacturing, packaging and operations process. His particular expertise is in OTC healthcare products, a primary focus of the Company. Prior to joining Pfizer, Paul held engineering positions with Nabisco and Shulton. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Packaging Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management.
Paul T. Migaki joined Prestige in April 2013 as Vice President - Strategic Planning, Canada and Household Products. Prior to joining Prestige, Mr. Migaki was the President of IntelliSkin, a performance apparel start-up company and was Chief Operating Officer for Sole Technology, an action sports footwear and apparel company, for nearly seven years. His background includes general management, international experience, marketing and sales for Nike, Gatorade and Quaker Oats. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.
